  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup beef broth optional for added moisture
  • Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Steak: Slice round steak thinly against the grain for tenderness.
  • Heat the Pan: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil or butter.
  • Sear the Steak: Add the steak slices and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
  • Add Flavor: Stir in garlic, onions (if using), Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Optional Sauce: Add beef broth if you'd like more moisture or a light sauce. Simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
  • Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
