  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy whipping cream.
  • Stir the mixture until the dough comes together.
  • Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently a few times.
  • Roll out the dough to about 1 inch thick and cut it into biscuit shapes.
  • Place the biscuits on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Notes
