  • 1.25 cups self-raising flour

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Line a 9 by 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and self-raising flour until a thick batter forms.
  • Fold in the diced rhubarb evenly throughout the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes
