Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 large, sliced in half horizontally into cutlets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Cooking

  • Pat the chicken dry and slice each breast in half horizontally into cutlets about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Stir the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper together. Drizzle the chicken with the olive oil, then coat both sides with the spice mixture.
  • Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease the basket. Cook the chicken in a single layer, in batches if needed.
  • Air fry 8 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the thickest part reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Nutrition values are an estimate per serving, based on 4 servings. Check the temperature at 8 minutes, since thin cutlets cook quickly. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
