Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the pickles into desired thickness.

  • Dip each pickle slice first in the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Arrange the breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
  • Cook in the air fryer for about 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
