Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce Use tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into bite-sized pieces Can substitute with sirloin or ribeye
  • 1 cup sweet mini bell peppers, halved Other vegetables may be added

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  • Add the flank steak pieces and sweet mini bell peppers to the bowl, mixing well to coat them in the marinade.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • Place the marinated steak and pepper mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked through and the peppers are tender.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
