Preparation

  • Trim the ends of the green beans by cutting off about half an inch.
  • Rinse the green beans under cold water or soak briefly to clean them.
  • Dry the beans thoroughly using a paper towel or salad spinner.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (about 3 to 5 minutes).
  • In a bowl, mix the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  • Place the mixture in the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • For softer beans, you can add an additional couple of minutes to the cooking time.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, optionally squeezing fresh lemon juice over the beans for extra zest.

Notes
