Preparation

  • Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil and soy sauce.
  • Toss the salmon pieces in the olive oil mixture until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
