Main Ingredients

  • 1 box triple chocolate brownie mix about 18 oz
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt

Instructions

Cooking

  • Beat the oil, water, and yogurt with a hand mixer or stand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes, until fluffy.
  • Add the brownie mix and stir until no dry spots or lumps remain.
  • Line a 6 inch square pan with parchment paper and spread half of the batter in the pan.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F. Cook the first pan for about 20 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then lift out with the parchment. Bake the remaining batter the same way.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store cooled brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for about a week. Air fryers vary, so check a few minutes early. Nutrition is an estimate and varies by brand of mix.
