- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- Optional: parsley or chives for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Shape into patties and place in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour over patties.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
