Preparation

  • Mix the ground beef with cracker crumbs, milk, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Shape the mixture into patties and dust them with flour.

Cooking the Patties

  • Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

Making the Gravy

  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk.
  • Place browned patties into a baking dish and pour gravy over the top.
  • Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes.

Notes
