Ingredients

Cooking the apples

  • In a skillet, cook the diced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon until softened.

Preparing the filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.

Assembling the tacos

  • Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave.

Notes
