  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese

Instructions
 

Cooking the Tortellini

  • In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Asiago cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
  • Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Combining Dish

  • Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat.
  • Serve the tortellini topped with sliced grilled chicken.

Notes

To store leftovers, place the tortellini Alfredo in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
