Main Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- ½ oz coconut rum
- ½ oz coffee liqueur optional
- 1 oz orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 1 cup ice cubes

Cooking
Chill. Place a tall glass in the freezer while you mix.
Shake. Combine the rums, liqueur, and juices with ice in a shaker and shake for fifteen seconds.
Pour. Pour the contents, ice included, into the chilled glass.
Color. Drizzle in the grenadine so it sinks to the bottom.
Garnish. Add pineapple or a cherry and serve right away.
Substitutions: Leave out the coffee liqueur for a brighter drink, or use spiced rum in place of the dark rum.
Tips: Shake hard with plenty of ice and add the grenadine last.
Storage: Serve right away. The rum and juice mix keeps up to two days in the refrigerator without ice.
Nutrition includes the alcohol and the optional coffee liqueur. Drink responsibly.
