Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the sauce over them.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove the foil, add the mozzarella cheese if using, and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
  • Let the dish rest for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.

Notes

Store any leftover Baked Caesar Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven until heated through. Consider storing the sauce separately to keep the chicken from getting soggy.
