Ingredients
  

  • 4 flounder fillets about 5–6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
  • Pat the flounder fillets dry and place them in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the lemon garlic butter over the fillets.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
