- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
