Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs or a mix of basil, oregano, and thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and Parmesan.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each fillet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
