- 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs or a mix of basil, oregano, and thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and Parmesan.
Spread the mixture evenly over each fillet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
