  • 2 fillets salmon skin-on preferred

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a sheet tray with foil or parchment for easier cleanup.
  • In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
