Ingredients
  

Fruits and Dairy

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas Peeled and cut into pieces
  • 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen) If using frozen, let them defrost slightly
  • 200 g plain yogurt For extra creaminess, use Greek yogurt instead
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste whether you want it sweeter
  • 250 ml almond milk Can swap with regular milk or any milk alternative

Preparation

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. If using frozen blueberries, let them defrost slightly.

Blending

  • In a blender, add the banana pieces, blueberries, yogurt, honey, and almond milk.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to adjust it to your taste.

Taste and Serve

  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the honey if needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a few more blueberries or a slice of banana for an attractive presentation.

Notes

For extra creaminess, use Greek yogurt. Feel free to add a handful of spinach for a green boost without changing the taste much. If you like a colder smoothie, use frozen bananas instead of fresh.
