Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the chicken breast into small pieces suitable for sliders.
  • Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko bread crumbs.

Cooking

  • Dip each piece of chicken first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  • While the chicken is baking, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to prepare the Bang Bang sauce.

Assembly

  • Assemble the sliders by placing the crispy chicken on slider buns and topping with Bang Bang sauce, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for optimal crispness. Avoid microwaving, as it may make the bread soggy. You can adjust the spice level of the Bang Bang sauce by varying the amount of sriracha.
