Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess.
  • Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
