- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional, for added depth
- Zest of 1 lemon
