Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs parsley, dill, or thyme for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub it evenly.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top of the fillets.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over the top.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
