- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh herbs parsley, dill, or thyme for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub it evenly.
