  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts or shredded coconut for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread blackberries evenly in the dish and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Evenly pour the dry yellow cake mix over the berries.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the entire surface of the cake mix.
