- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk or other milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- Ice cubes optional, for extra thickness
Add all ingredients (blueberries, pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk, sweetener if using) to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer it colder or thicker.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
