Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for extra thickness

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (blueberries, pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk, sweetener if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer it colder or thicker.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
