Preparation

  • Add 1 cup of baby spinach to your blender.
  • Pour in 1 cup of your preferred milk.
  • Blend until the spinach is fully incorporated into the milk.
  • Add 1 cup of frozen blueberries and ½ cup of Greek yogurt.
  • Blend on high until smooth, adjusting the consistency with more milk if necessary.
  • Taste and add sweeteners like honey if desired; blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt and use a vegan sweetener. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
