Ingredients
  

  • For the Dough add to bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer:
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ cups bread flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • For the Cinnamon Swirl:
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing dough

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients for the dough to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the “Dough” cycle and start.
  • Once the dough cycle finishes, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it into a rectangle (about 9x12 inches).
  • Brush the dough with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the short end into a loaf. Pinch the seam to seal.
  • Place the rolled loaf seam-side down in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes or until puffy.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice once fully cooled.
