- For the Dough add to bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer:
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups bread flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
- For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing dough
Add ingredients for the dough to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the “Dough” cycle and start.
Once the dough cycle finishes, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it into a rectangle (about 9x12 inches).
Brush the dough with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Roll the dough tightly from the short end into a loaf. Pinch the seam to seal.
Place the rolled loaf seam-side down in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes or until puffy.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice once fully cooled.
