  • 18.3 oz 18.3 oz. brownie mix 1 box (519 g)
  • 8 oz 8 oz. cream cheese spread 1 container (226 g)
  • 8 oz 8 oz. whipped topping 1 tub, thawed if frozen (226 g)
  • 3.4 oz 3.4 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix 1 box, do not use cook and serve (96 g)
  • 6-8 tbsp 6-8 tbsp chocolate milk Adjust for desired consistency

Optional Toppings and Dippers

  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips or mini M&M's For topping (optional)
  • to taste Oreo cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, strawberries For dipping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat the brownie mix in a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds on high heat. Stir well.
  • Heat again for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat this process until the mix has been cooked for at least 2 minutes and reaches at least 165°F evenly throughout.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese spread and whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  • Whisk the pudding into the brownie mix, then gradually beat the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  • Gradually add the first 6 tablespoons of chocolate milk, beating well until light and fluffy.
  • Slowly add the last 2 tablespoons, one at a time as needed, beating until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Scoop the dip into a large serving bowl and top with mini chocolate chips or mini M&M's if desired.

Serving

  • Serve Brownie Batter Dip in a big bowl and arrange your favorite dippers around it.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving again. Make sure not to overheat the brownie mix; it should be warm, not hot. You can adjust the thickness of the dip by adding more or less chocolate milk. For added flavor, consider mixing in a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
