Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce e.g., Frank's RedHot
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional​

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
  • Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and buffalo sauce, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
