- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup buffalo sauce e.g., Frank's RedHot
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and buffalo sauce, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
