Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar

Filling Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzling.
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 4 bars Butterfinger candy, crushed
  • Whipped cream (optional) For garnish.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Press this mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

Make the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream to add lightness.

Assemble the Bars

  • Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  • Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger bars on top and drizzle with extra caramel sauce for added sweetness.

Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.
  • Garnish with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
