Ingredients
  

  • 4 halibut fillets 6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey (or syrup), soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush halibut fillets with the butter glaze on both sides.
  • Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, brushing with more glaze as needed, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
