- 4 halibut fillets 6 oz each
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey (or syrup), soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush halibut fillets with the butter glaze on both sides.
Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, brushing with more glaze as needed, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
