Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice red pepper flakes, or grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and trim the green beans. Pat dry.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add green beans and sauté for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Optionally, add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, or Parmesan before serving.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
