- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: squeeze of lemon juice red pepper flakes, or grated Parmesan
Rinse and trim the green beans. Pat dry.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add green beans and sauté for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
