Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts about 4 breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing 3/4 cup for baking, 1/4 cup for serving
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cooking

  • Heat. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9x13 inch dish.
  • Coat. Set 1/4 cup of dressing aside for serving, then pour the rest over the chicken and turn each breast to coat it.
  • Top. Sprinkle the Parmesan and pepper over the chicken.
  • Bake. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until the thickest part reaches 165 degrees F.
  • Rest. Rest 5 minutes, spoon the pan juices over the top, and add parsley.

Notes

Substitutions: Use chicken thighs, or a homemade Caesar dressing.
Tips: Never serve dressing that touched raw chicken. Set the serving portion aside first.
Storage: Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months, then reheat to 165 degrees F.
