Ingredients
  

Seafood and Meat

  • 2 lbs large shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow crab leg clusters
  • 1 lb andouille sausage Sliced

Vegetables

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes Quartered
  • 3 ears sweet corn Cut into halves
  • 4 pieces hard-boiled eggs Optional

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1 tblsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tblsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 medium onion Diced
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced

Broth

  • 10 cups water
  • 1 cup beer Can substitute with chicken broth

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1 stick unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 tblsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Fill a large stockpot with water and beer, then bring to a rolling boil.
  • Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, diced onions, and lemon slices to create a rich base.
  • Add sliced andouille sausage and quartered baby potatoes. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Cooking Seafood

  • Add shrimp and corn to the pot and simmer until the shrimp turns pink and is fully cooked.

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In another pot, melt butter over low heat, then mix in minced garlic and lemon juice.
  • Drizzle this garlic butter sauce over the cooked seafood just before serving.

Serving

  • Serve the seafood on a large platter or on newspaper for a family-style meal.
  • Offer lemon wedges and extra garlic butter sauce for customization.
