- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through and crispy.
Remove salmon and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, then add honey, garlic, and lemon juice. Stir and simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
