Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through and crispy.
  • Remove salmon and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, then add honey, garlic, and lemon juice. Stir and simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
