Preparation

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels for a crispy skin.
  • Chop fresh herbs for garnish, if desired.
  • Mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic in a bowl.

Marinating

  • Coat both sides of the salmon with the marinade and chill for 20–30 minutes.

Cooking Methods

  • For Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
  • For Oven-Baked: Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes.
  • For Grilling: Cook at medium-high for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • For Skillet: Sear on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
