Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb small or medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 4 cup vegetable oil for deep frying, about 3 to 4 inches deep

  • Fry. Fry 5 to 6 shrimp at a time for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Drain. Move to a paper towel lined plate, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Substitutions: Medium shrimp work if you cut them into bite sized pieces.
