  • 1 whole Cantaloupe Choose a ripe cantaloupe for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a creamier texture, consider adding yogurt or coconut cream.
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sugar Adjust according to taste based on the sweetness of the cantaloupe.

Preparation

  • Blend the cantaloupe until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the blended cantaloupe with heavy cream and sugar.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

Serving

  • To remove from molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  • Cantaloupe Popsicles are best served straight from the freezer.
  • You can enjoy them as they are or slice them into smaller pieces for a fun party treat.

Notes

Store any leftover popsicles in the freezer in their molds or wrapped in plastic wrap. They can last for up to a month if kept airtight.
