- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
- ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley optional
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts for coating
- Optional: extra shredded cheddar bacon bits, or chives for rolling
Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and chopped green onions. Mix well until fully combined.
Shape the Ball: Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands or wrap in plastic wrap to help mold it.
