  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley (optional) Optional for added flavor
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or non-stick spray (for grilling) For greasing the grill/skillet

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, parsley (if using), mayonnaise, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the mixture into 4–6 equal portions and shape into patties about 1/2-inch thick.

Cooking

  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  • Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and they are no longer pink inside.

Serving

  • Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the cooked burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Uncooked patties can be frozen for up to 3 months. For a crunchier texture, consider using panko breadcrumbs.
