  • 16 ounces Cheese Stuffed Tortellini, cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Italian Seasoning
  • 8 ounces Original Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend (mozzarella-based)
  • 2 ounces Pepperoni, quartered
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For topping
  • Sliced Pepperoni, for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a 3-quart pot over medium heat, add chopped garlic and olive oil. Sauté until golden, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in milk and sprinkle in dry Italian seasoning. Stir until the milk steams gently.
  • Lower heat, add Velveeta and shredded cheese blend. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked tortellini and quartered pepperoni to the cheese sauce and stir gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, spreading evenly.
  • Dollop pizza sauce on top and swirl it in gently.
  • Arrange pepperoni slices on top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 375°F, then broil on high for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Take out the casserole once bubbly and golden, and serve hot.

Notes

This casserole pairs well with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Offering extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping is also a great idea.
