Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 8 oz refrigerated crescent‑roll dough (or puff pastry)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables a mix of bell pepper, zucchini, and spinach
  • 2  tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1  tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1  tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & prep: Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix filling: In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, chopped vegetables, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper.
  • Assemble rolls: Unroll dough and separate into 12 triangles. Spoon ~1 tbsp filling onto the wide end of each.
  • Roll up: Roll each triangle toward the point, tucking edges under to seal. Place seam‑side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush & top: Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan (if using).
  • Bake: Bake 18–20 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Serve: Let cool 2 minutes, then serve warm with marinara or ranch dip.
