- 1 package 8 oz refrigerated crescent‑roll dough (or puff pastry)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables a mix of bell pepper, zucchini, and spinach
- 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan for topping
Preheat & prep: Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix filling: In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, chopped vegetables, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper.
Assemble rolls: Unroll dough and separate into 12 triangles. Spoon ~1 tbsp filling onto the wide end of each.
Roll up: Roll each triangle toward the point, tucking edges under to seal. Place seam‑side down on the baking sheet.
Brush & top: Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan (if using).
Bake: Bake 18–20 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve: Let cool 2 minutes, then serve warm with marinara or ranch dip.
