Preparing the Ground Beef and Seasonings

Mixing Cheeses and Pasta

  • Boil ziti pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse briefly.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pasta with seasoned ground beef.
  • Layer cheeses in phases: combine ricotta, mozzarella, and sharp cheddar into the mixture.

Baking
