  • 3 large russet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 pound ground beef Seasoned with spices
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Flour tortillas
  • for frying Oil
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, green onions For serving

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the cubed potatoes with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, adding chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.

Assembly and Cooking

  • Assemble the burritos by placing some beef, potatoes, and nacho cheese in each tortilla, then roll them up.
  • Place the burritos seam side down in the skillet with a little oil and toast until golden brown.

Serving

  • Drizzle with extra nacho cheese and serve with optional toppings.

Notes

Make sure to season the beef well for the best flavor. Don’t skip the air-frying step for crispy potatoes. Experiment with different toppings to make it your own!
