Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling

  • 1 can canned crescent roll dough 8 count
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Can use rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For filling
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese For filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley Optional for garnish
  • 1 tbsp melted butter For brushing
  • extra shredded cheese Shredded cheese for topping Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll each triangle up from the wide end to the tip, making sure to enclose the filling inside.

Baking

  • Place the rolled crescents seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle some extra cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until they turn golden brown and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened for a smooth mixture. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers to the filling for extra flavor. Experiment with different cheeses for unique tastes.
