  • 1 package 1 package (16 oz) pizza dough
  • ½ lb 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
  • ½ cup 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and spread the filling mixture evenly over it. Then roll up tightly and seal the edges.

Baking

  • Place the rolled dough on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Slice the bread and serve hot with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

Feel free to switch up the ingredients based on your preferences. You can use different meats or add other vegetables. Ensure you seal the edges of the dough well before baking to keep the filling from leaking out. For an extra cheesy delight, sprinkle some mozzarella on top before baking.
