  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise For a creamy layer.
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika Adds depth without being too strong.
  • 1 pkg Tortillas Wheat or flour work well.

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 cup Lettuce For freshness.
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Add for flavor and moisture.
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce For those who love heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut chicken breasts into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, and salt. Toss the chicken to coat it well.
  • Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  • Add marinated chicken and cook until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in shredded cheese to melt.

Assembly

  • Place a warm tortilla on a plate and spread garlic mayo on it.
  • Add cooked chicken and melted cheese, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and hot sauce.
  • Fold tightly and pan-sear both sides in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes until crispy.

Notes
