Ingredients
  

Dough and Sauce

  • 1 can 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ cup 1/2 cup marinara sauce For filling and serving

Filling

  • 1 ½ cups 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to substitute with cheddar or provolone
  • 1 cup 1 cup pepperoni slices Try turkey pepperoni for a healthier version

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
  • Place a spoonful of marinara sauce, a few slices of pepperoni, and some mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  • Fold the dough over the filling to form a ball and pinch the seams to seal.

Baking

  • Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

To store leftovers, let them cool completely and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen tightly before placing in a freezer-safe bag. Brush tops with melted butter before baking for a golden finish.
