For the Filling

  • 12 pieces lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 piece egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease your baking dish.
  • In a bowl, blend ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread each cooked lasagna noodle with the ricotta mixture, top with shredded chicken, and drizzle with Alfredo sauce.
  • Roll up each noodle and place seam side down in the greased baking dish.
  • Cover the rolls with the remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • After that, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For convenience, you can prepare the rolls ahead of time and store them before baking. Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the filling for added flavor!
