Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 20 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 jar 15 oz Alfredo sauce (or homemade)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
