- 1 lb cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
- 1 20 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1 jar 15 oz Alfredo sauce (or homemade)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
